Training launched in Barbados
Virtual Training begins in Barbados
The way ministry is done at CMA has changed a good bit in the last few months. Due to travel restrictions as a result of the pandemic, we have also had to adjust the way we deliver our training.
In 2019, CMA missionary, Bill Landers traveled to Barbados and St Maarten to cast the vision for pastors and church leaders there to cast the vision about our course, the Eight Core Values of Christian Leaders who Accelerate the Spread of the Gospel that we do in conjunction with ILI (International Leadership Institute). The vision trip could not have gone any better! We were scheduled to return to those islands this summer and fall for face-to-face training. Obviously, these plans had to be changed due to the pandemic.
In August, we began to offer this course online in August for 25 pastors and church leaders in Barbados. We will soon add St Maarten. Certainly, online training is very different from face-to-face training, but we continue to reach pastors and church leaders throughout the Caribbean.
The way we deliver the ministry may have changed for now, but we are keeping our foot on the gas and reaching further than we have before. God has expanded our ministry and we look forward with great anticipation to what part of the Caribbean He sends us next.
