Training Expansion to the Eastern Caribbean

New Training Opportunities for CMA in St. Martin

Pastor Jerome Thomas, pastor of Christian Assembly Ministries International in St. Martin said, “I have a great desire to be equipped and trained in the service of our God so that I can be useful and fruitful to His glory. I desire the same for my brothers and sisters, not only on St. Maarten/ Saint Martin, but throughout the Caribbean. I understand that ignorance can be very costly and disastrous for the church; so I am pleased to partner with you in whatever the Lord desires to do here in my island and the neighboring islands. These comments were made after CMA cast the vision for training with 42 leaders in St. Martin this month.

Training will begin in October with CMA missionary Bill Landers teaching the Eight Core Values of Christian Leaders who Accelerate the spread of the Gospel. There also remains a desire and hunger for theological training among the pastors and church leaders on the island. We are praying and planning a launch date to begin a new cycle of BTCP courses on the island in the coming months.

And, this is only the beginning. God has opened doors of ministry for CMA in Anguilla, Dominica, Barbados and other islands in the Eastern Caribbean. Pastors and leaders are asking us to come and help them train their people. Please pray with us that God will provide CMA with financial resources and workers for the harvest. Truly the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
